SUMMARY
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Architect to lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge IT/OT programs, strategies, and solutions for our clients. You’ll collaborate across departments to create innovative architectures that optimize performance and scalability, while also helping shape the future of our business development strategies. As a Senior Architect, you’ll play a key role in setting configuration baselines, benchmarks, and best practices that guide the lifecycle of client-facing strategies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Architecture and Solution Design:

  • Develop comprehensive architecture solutions, including datacenter, campus, and cloud infrastructure, tailored to client goals.
  • Ensure accuracy in bill of materials, including components such as licenses, support, cables, and transceivers, while ensuring compatibility with existing systems.
  • Draft detailed Statements of Work (SOW) and Level of Effort (LOE) documents that capture the client’s environment and requirements.
  • Oversee proof of concept (POC) implementations for clients and partners.

2. Thought Leadership:

  • Shape new strategies and products that strengthen our market presence and client offerings.
  • Stay current on emerging technologies and methodologies through industry events, online resources, and peer networking.

3. Post-Sale Support:

  • Collaborate with the Project Management Office (PMO) and delivery teams to ensure smooth implementation of solutions.
  • Provide necessary support to ensure the success of client engagements.
  • Participate in close-out and lessons-learned sessions to continuously improve the presales process.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Project Delivery: Lead the delivery of assigned projects, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
  • Marketing Support: Contribute to marketing efforts, providing insights for campaigns and presenting at industry events when needed.
  • Training & Relationships: Help develop training programs for internal teams on new initiatives and industry shifts. Foster strong relationships with key partners.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

Education:

  • Associate’s degree or higher in a relevant field.

Experience:

  • 15+ years in IT, with a focus on datacenter and cloud solutions for at least 10 years.
  • 3+ years in a consultant, lead, or management role.

Technical Skills:

  • Expertise in datacenter and cloud infrastructure for diverse environments.
  • Advanced knowledge of compute, storage, messaging, and cloud solutions.
  • Strong troubleshooting and visibility tool experience.
  • Proficiency in documenting technology processes, including disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
  • Experience with load balancers and application delivery controllers is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience managing infrastructure supporting large-scale deployments.

Certifications:

  • Required: Professional-level certifications in datacenter and/or cloud technologies (e.g., VMware Certified Professional, Microsoft Certified Expert, AWS Certified Cloud/System Engineer).

REPORTING & COLLABORATION

  • Reports To: Chief Technology Officer
  • Collaborates With: Engineering, Sales, and Client Teams
