Project Manager

Job Details:

Seeking a skilled Project Manager who will oversee all necessary project management functions following this value-added reseller company’s PMO methodologies, tools, and processes. This role involves working with a diverse range of clients, from SMBs to large enterprises, adapting to various technologies and client needs to ensure timely and budget-conscious project completion with high customer satisfaction. The position requires contributions to different client departments, focusing on IT/OT, as well as internal organizational support. This role follows a hybrid model, requiring three days onsite and two days remote.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Project Execution & Support: Take full ownership of assigned projects, managing the necessary resources according to the scope of work (SOW) and level of effort (LOE). A core responsibility includes overseeing resource scheduling and assigning personnel for ad hoc support tasks. Collaborate with Sales, Service Delivery, and trusted third-party partners throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring clear understanding of objectives, prerequisites, and dependencies. Organize, prepare, and lead internal and client-facing meetings, including project kickoffs, weekly status updates, and closure meetings, in alignment with company best practices. Address escalations and support needs from internal teams, service partners, and clients throughout the project duration. Document and communicate project responsibilities, stakeholder expectations, and executive reporting as necessary.
  • Strategic Insight & Leadership: Support the development of new strategies and workflow enhancements that improve project execution and customer experience. Stay informed on evolving project management methodologies and industry shifts by leveraging online resources, professional networking, and participation in relevant events, conferences, and training programs.
  • Continuous Improvement: Conduct post-project reviews and lessons-learned sessions to refine service delivery processes, particularly for complex or unique engagements. Assist in gathering and analyzing performance metrics to track trends, normalize data, and evaluate project profitability. Work collaboratively with Architecture, Delivery, Operations, and Sales teams to optimize workflow, improve communication, and enhance cross-functional efficiency.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Training & Relationship Management: Contribute to the development of internal PMO training programs for new hires, ensuring alignment with this value-added reseller company’s methodologies. Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients and trusted third-party partners.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Education:
    • Associate’s degree or higher
  • Experience:
    • At least 5 years in project management
    • Minimum of 3 years in a consulting, leadership, or management role
    • At least 2 years of IT-related exposure
  • Required Skills:

    • Strong organizational abilities, including efficient management of schedules, commitments, and appointments
