What You’ll Do

As a Senior Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding market share, winning new customers, and growing key accounts. You will collaborate with pre-sales engineers and vendor partners to develop tailored solutions for mid-market and enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hunt & Acquire: Identify and secure new logos, drive sales growth, and expand customer relationships.
  • Consult & Strategize: Work closely with C-level decision-makers to understand their business needs and propose tailored IT solutions.
  • Partner & Collaborate: Build strategic partnerships with vendor account managers and optimize joint selling opportunities.
  • Engage & Educate: Represent the company at local industry events, develop product knowledge, and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Forecast & Execute: Maintain a strong pipeline using monthly/quarterly forecasting tools to drive consistent revenue growth.

What You Bring

5+ years of B2B sales experience in IT solutions or technology consulting
✅ Proven ability to sell networking, security, data center, cloud, or unified communications solutions
Hunter mentality with a strong track record of cold calling and new business development
✅ Experience selling for a VAR, channel partner, or similar IT solutions provider
✅ Deep understanding of vendor ecosystems (Cisco, Microsoft, Palo Alto, VMware, etc.)
✅ Ability to engage C-level and technical buyers in consultative sales cycles
✅ Bachelor’s degree preferred


Compensation & Work Environment

💰 Base Salary: Negotiable
💰 OTE: Uncapped earnings potential, starting at $120K in year one, with growth to $150K+ in subsequent years
🏡 Hybrid: Work remotely with in-office collaboration 1-2 days a week + customer meetings as needed
