We’re sourcing a dedicated and skilled L2 Collaboration NOC Engineer to join a managed services team. This role is an exciting opportunity to work with enterprise-level clients, delivering exceptional support for cutting-edge Cisco Unified Communications solutions.

As an Collaboration Engineer, you’ll be at the forefront of the company’s collaboration support model, leveraging your operational experience with Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Cisco Unity Connection, and Cisco Voice Gateways to ensure our clients receive top-tier service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.
  • Foster clear and effective communication channels within the team and with clients.
  • Participate in weekly team meetings to discuss workload and best practices.
  • Utilize collaboration tools for efficient team and client communication.
  • Uphold and enhance service processes and production baselines.
  • Take on additional service support duties as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5+ years working with Cisco Collaboration Applications, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of both software and hardware solutions.
  • Expertise: In-depth understanding of Cisco Collaboration applications (UCM, Unity Connections, IM & Presence, UCCX, WebEx) and voice gateways. Advanced knowledge of voice routing protocols and gateways.
  • Certifications: CCNP Collaboration certification is a must. CCIE Collaboration or pursuit of this certification is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Strong command of CLI customization, network knowledge, and the ability to provide Tier 3 support for network and collaboration infrastructures.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong critical thinking and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to independently resolve issues, including those outside of normal business hours.
  • Customer Focus: Excellent customer service skills, capable of clearly articulating issues and resolutions to clients.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with CUCM, CUC, and Cisco Voice Gateways.
  • Background in information technology, engineering, or a related field.
