Job Title: CX Admin Assistant

Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented CX Admin Assistant to support our U.S.-based Customer Experience (CX) team remotely from Mexico. If you are proficient in English and Excel, and thrive in managing large datasets, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the U.S.-based CX team with various administrative tasks.
- Manage and organize large datasets using Excel, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Perform data filtering, sorting, and reporting tasks to provide actionable insights to the CX team.
- Prepare and update reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the team in maintaining CRM data, customer interactions, and service records.
- Communicate effectively with the CX team in English.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong Excel skills, particularly in managing large amounts of data and performing tasks such as filtering and reporting.
- Strong attention to detail, with an ability to maintain data accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative role supporting a CX team.
- Experience in the IT industry.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and tools.
