Job Title: Recruiter 

Location: Remote (Anywhere in Mexico)

Schedule: Full-time, Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST

About the Role:

NRT Group is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our growing team. This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals with a strong work ethic and a desire to build a career in the IT Recruitment industry. In this role, you will play a crucial part in identifying and engaging top talent for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Sourcing:
  • Review job descriptions and guidelines provided by clients.
  • Create and execute targeted searches on job boards and other relevant platforms.
  • Respond to candidate inquiries and messages promptly.
  • Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Share job descriptions with potential candidates.
  • Request and review resumes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and reports.
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Job Posting:
  • Create compelling job postings for various platforms.
• Administrative Support:
  • Coordinate and assist with candidate callbacks.
  • Provide general administrative support as needed.

Qualifications:

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience:
  • Prior experience in administrative or customer service roles preferred.
  • Experience in the IT industry is a plus, but not required.
• Skills:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Detail-oriented and results-driven.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.
• Other:
  • Comfortable communicating with candidates via email and text.
  • Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
  • Interest in building a career in the IT Recruitment field.
